• All transactions are processed through Stripe.
• Email support@brick-support.com from the purchase address with the product name and purchase date.
• Support confirms the Stripe payment record and handles guarantee requests by email.

Parker Session

• The Parker Session is not refundable.
• It is a paid manual service handled by email after purchase.
• Support still handles scheduling or delivery issues by email.

Tools and PDF add-ons

• No refunds on digital download tools or PDF add-ons once delivered, except where required by law.
• This applies to the Rent Roll + Balancing Report and the tenant-payment guide add-on.
• Support still covers missing delivery emails, broken files, or resend requests.
• If the file never arrives, email support@brick-support.com so support can verify the Stripe payment and resend it.

What to include in a guarantee email
