Our Products are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use our website or submit any personal information to us.

Our Products are operated from the United States. If you are accessing our website from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located and our central database is operated.

By using our Products, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States. We will handle your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed.

12. AI Co-Pilot Data

If and when the AI Co-Pilot is released, your queries and interactions may be processed by our AI infrastructure provider. We do not use AI Co-Pilot conversations to train AI models without your consent. Conversations may be stored temporarily to provide the service and for abuse prevention purposes.

If and when the AI Co-Pilot is released, do not submit sensitive personal information, financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive data through that tool. We are not responsible for consequences arising from the submission of sensitive data through AI interactions.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Your continued use of our Products after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
